  1. @Barbara What might help you even more than working on your heart is simply gaining clarity via contemplation. https://www.actualized.org/articles/how-to-contemplate-using-a-journal You lack clarity about what you want out of life. Clarity is gained through contemplation + action & experience. The Life Purpose Course shows you how to create clarity.
  2. Don't forget that Zen monks supported fascist and militaristic Japan in WWII, fully rationalizing it as good and necessary. Don't forget that most of Germany's great scientists and intellectuals supported the Nazi regime, fully rationalizing it as good and necessary. Einstein was one notable exception. Don't forget that the Spanish Inquisition was run by the holiest of men at the time. Even Sadhguru supports stuff like Hindu nationalism.
  3. If your heart and mind really wants something, it will hatch a plan to increase your pockets. Never let material obstacles stop you from pursuing your vision.
  4. Yes, it's a thing and it can be problematic. You must embrace the paradox of total relativism, yet still act with confidence and conviction. You must be decisive, visionary, and clear. Listen to your heart and intuition. Studying law is clearly not right for you. Find what fills your heart with joy and pursue it like a bull. Meanwhile, pursue relativity too. Here's my videos on this issue: https://www.actualized.org/articles/the-paradox-of-developing-self-trust https://www.actualized.org/articles/how-to-harness-your-intuition https://www.actualized.org/articles/how-to-unleash-your-ambition If you haven't taken my LP Course, it would help you a lot.
  5. Even with a Biden victory, this election has revealed just how under-developed the American population is. We over-estimated America's development. Biden winning by a razor thin margin after 4 years of Trump's disastrous admin is very troubling. It should have been a landslide but people are so uneducated and my guess is that 50% of the country is stuck in a right-wing brainwashing alternative media echochamber that has rotted their minds. This does not bode well for future elections. That alt-media echochamber is not going away with Trump.
  6. Courts won't uphold Trump's BS. Trump actually hurt himself yesterday by declaring fraud and victory prematurely, because courts can use that as evidence against him. He has no legal standing.
  7. You could think of crypocurrency like the 1990's internet or pocket PDAs. It's still ugly and cludgy, but it's got a lot of potential if it's polished up and made presentable for average folk. PDA >> iPhone BitCoin >> ????
  8. I received a mail-in ballot but I decided to vote in-person precisely because I knew they could reject my signature.
  9. Why can't they make a BitCoin 2.0 that uses less energy?
  10. They are not legal for recreational use, only in therapy clinics. But still a huge victory! Time to start a commune in Oregon, boys and girls. Osho 2.0 but with more drugs
  11. Of course. By massive margins. Many metro areas are 60-80% Dems. Dems basically win every major metro area in the entire country in all states, even in red states. The people who vote for Republicans are mostly rednecks living outside of major cities.
  12. This is no online voting in America at all. You either vote by mail or in person.
  13. 1) Dems take covid more seriously, so they are less likely to vote in person. 2) I think mail-in ballots are more popular in big cities for a variety of reasons, one of which might be more difficulty voting in person in high-density areas. If you live in the middle of nowhere, the voting lines will be small. Some big cities have huge voting lines.
  14. I don't think you're seriously thinking about how much energy is used by banks. How many banking employees are in the world? How many gallons of gas do they burn per day of work? How many cows do they eat per day collectively? It all adds up.
  15. Looks like it's gonna be razor thin, but Biden is still well-positioned to squeak it out. Arizona might save his ass.
  16. The polarization is clearly real and here to stay for some time. We are going through an Orange/Green transition which will take some 20 to 50 years, probably. All the polarization is a function of that. People are being forced to choose whether their loyalty is to Orange or Green. Since much of the population is still Blue/Orange, they resist Green.
  17. Ahahahahahaha.... This just keeps getting better and better. Boomer digging her hole deeper.
  18. Warning: anyone spreading factual misinformation in this thread about numbers or victory will be banned. You can state your feelings and opinions, but do not post fake victory claims. We will wait patiently until final numbers are given for every state. Nothing is settled yet. This is likely to take a few days so keep your shit together in the meantime.
  19. Ahahahahaha.... How do people make this shit up?
  20. I wish I were joking. Trump is not a Nazi. He is the 21st centry analog of the 1930's Nazi madness of crowds. If you cannot see this, you ain't very conscious. Again, you must clearly look past the content and see the deeper structure of Trumpism. It is madness of crowds. The 21st century stage Orange version of it. The content changes, the stupidity stays the same.
  21. Step #1: Stop listening to humans on Facebook. Step #2: Stop listening to humans. Step #3: Realize that you're not a human
  22. Lol, what did you expect him to do? Declare victory?
