Well, that turns out to be an illusion the ego imagined in order to feel a sense of purpose and meaning. The reality is that you awaken and then that's it. There's nothing left to do. So befriend them or start your own parties. Stop making excuses. Do what is required to get results. Look man, you are not the first man alive picking up girls on campus. Guys do it all the time. @Valwyndir The practical problem with your position is that by celebrating religion too much it feeds directly into the delusions of religious people who then think to themselves, "Oh, good. That means I was right after all." And then they never deconstruct their religious beliefs and attachments -- which is absolutely crucial in this work. So I would much rather tell a person who loves religion: "Religion is bullshit. Throw it all away. You won't miss anything." rather than telling them how wonderful religion is.
