@Scholar When I assess Hasan I do so by his public policy positions, not his personal life. Stage Orange people don't tend to have Hasan's policy positions. I give him allowances for some Orange stuff in his personal life. You can say policy positions are just empty talk, but it's not so simple. Within the realm of politics (which is what his work is about) Hasan is spreading the Green value set.

I've certainly been a giant douche at times. Although you have to understand, when you go to as many clubs as I've been to, all sorts of random crazy stuff happens. It's like rolling dice. You'll see crazy things happen at clubs if you go out a lot. For example, one time a girl accused me of grabbing her ass, when I didn't. Then she told her husband to beat me up. Random stuff like that will just happen if you go out long enough. It does not have to make any logical sense.

5-30 minutes is about right. Any more than that and you're showing her that you're a loser. If she doesn't get attracted to you within 30 minutes, you've failed and it's time to move on. Realistically attraction takes 5-10 minutes to happen when a guy knows what he's doing.

Houses usually come with a 30 year mortgage that gets paid off over one's lifetime of earnings. A $3M mortgage is about $14k/mo over 30 years.
