I am a fan of ACIM. I recommend the workbook. However, every teaching must be cherrypicked. Not all parts are good. This particular part about guilt is inaccurate. Other parts of ACIM are spot-on. Yes, Christians in general have a lot of hang-ups around guilt, because they are brainwashed to be so damn anally repressed and moralized to. But that does not mean the whole of reality revolves around your guilt. It's just brainwashing. Lol Only in your dreams

Why aren't you reframing this as a blessing in disguise? Kundalini activation is something many people spend years trying to achieve. And here you got it for free. I have a book on my book list which talks about how to active kundalini safely and how to deal with obstructions and problems.

Yeah The more wrong you are the worse it gets. Ego hates to realize it's been horribly wrong. Which is what we see driving the entire Republican party right now.

From what I've studied (which isn't too much) it seems like a real disorder commonly caused by toxins, chemicals, bad diet, and other such factors.
