You will need way more customers than that. Your expenses will be much higher than you imagine and your profits much lower. Profit margins in the restaurant biz are around 20%. You will be lucky just to break even after working 12 hour days.

You need to safeguard your exposure to toxic media and toxically stupid people. Stop feeding your mind garbage. -
@Endangered-EGO By that logic you should not do any spiritual practices either. Whatever bad things you say about psychedelics will apply to any hardcore spiritual practice. Notice how biased you are in applying your logic. If you get to cite Connor Murphy against psychedelics, then I get to cite every cult leader guru against your spiritual practices. Two can play that game. You are demonizing psychedelics in the same way that fundamentalist Christians demonize meditation. If you want to see them doing that, go read the comments under my video: The Dark Side Of Meditation.

No, that's not what I said. What I said was, the physical object "an elephant" is a relative filtration down of Infinity into a finite form. There is Infinity. When you look at Infinity from one angle, it looks like an elephant, when you look at it from another angle, it looks like a horse, from another angle, it looks like a pencil, and so on ad infinitum. -
You can store cut mangos and pineapples in the fridge for like a week.

No object has a stable objective form. Form is relative to your perception of it. When you're not perceiving an object is collapses back into Infinity. Every object is identical to every other object until you polarize/collapse/distinguish it with your perceptual system. You can think of your perceptual system as a filter upon Infinity. You filter Infinity down into an elephant by distinguishing it from everything else. And if you stop filtering/distinguishing it, it returns back to Infinity because Infinity is what everything is when it is unfiltered and undistinguished. What you're missing is a realization of total ontological relativity. All physical objects are relative. They only exist if you filter Infinity a certain way. You need to let go of the notion that physical objects have any sort of stable form or existence. -

I was speaking of things way beyond QM. Don't limit your understanding to strict QM or you will remain stupid. Just contemplate What is an elephant when you're not looking at it? You'll realize it obviously collapses into Infinity. QM is irrelevant here. -
Yes, too infrequently if you're interested in serious growth. That's like reading a book once or twice a year. It's okay, but it's not serious work.
-
@Husseinisdoingfine Dude, enough of the Russian Orthodox examples. We got it.
-
Focus on using books to grow yourself, not to get distracted by scandals and such. The wisdom in the book is gold regardless and you would be a fool to ignore it. Be ware the trap of being so cynical that you're left going nowhere.

Perfect! -
I meant for micro-dosing.
-
I don't know about all that. But one thing's for sure: sexy makes people stupid
-
That is NOT micro-dosing. Micro-dosing MDMA is a bad idea because MDMA is not good for you and it will permanently desensitize your brain. Pretty soon it will stop working entirely on you. Stick to LSD or shrooms.

It will be hard to make that bird fly. Business does not work based on empathy. Business requires that you deliver tangible results to people, not hippie fumes. Of course better business is possible but your biz has to be grounded in tangible deliverables, not positive vibes. Building a better way to do business is really hard. Which is why highly conscious businesses are so rare. You have to be really clever and ruthlessly practical to pull it off.
-
Well said. If you want to live a higher life, you gotta work for it. It will not just land in your lap. There's gotta be a cost.
-
Biz is like life. It's fun but if you fuck up you're dead

There is a skii slope 60 minutes from my house. -
Leo Gura replied to Blackhawk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
That's because you've barely managed to learn to stand on your skiis yet you're try to go down a double black diamond slope. Go back and develop competence in basic self-help. After 5 or 10 years of that, you might be ready for some existential spiritual work. There's no shame in working on the basics of life. Go develop competence at survival before you try to transcend it. It took me a decade or more of working on the basics before enlightenment became a real possibility. Just because I talk about enlightenment a lot does not mean it is right for you at this time. I talk about very advanced stuff that isn't suitable for most people. -
Leo Gura replied to Blackhawk's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Blackhawk Please notice your entitled attitude about all this. It's as if you demand someone to explain the truth to you. But that's not how this work works. If you really care about this work then you will change your attitude from one of entitled whining to open-minded genuine self-inquiry. By demanding people to convince you of things, or to explain truth you to, you make a fool of yourself. These things can only make sense if you get serious about doing the contemplative work. Your mental masturbation will not advance you, it only wastes time. No one is going to give you the answers. -

Enough of this nonsense. If claims of telepathy or God or healing are made, it means you can verify it empirically for yourself. Go do the work. This debating is just a distraction. You can certainly delude yourself with psychedelics about any of the above. But that does not mean telepathy, God, or healing are not real. This distinction should not be hard to understand. Delusion about these things is possible with or without psychedelics. If your epistemology is bad you will be in error regardless of psychedelics. The psychedelics will then tend to compound your errors. Siddhis have been talked about by sages for thousands of years. If the ideas of siddhis surprises or outrages you, then you got a lot of work to do. Leo did not invent siddhis. Nor has Leo even claimed to possess siddhis. I've merely discussed a bit of my experimentation with them. That's all. Every serious spiritual practitioner understands that siddhis are possible and many of them even have siddhis. Many people have siddhis way beyond anything I have claimed. Go troll them. -

It would be a scandal if my tree hugging photos leaked out. Time to burn them.
