I recently watched AoT, and it left me completely baffled. Extremely nuanced as to what to make out of what was right and wrong.

AOT is one of the most multiperspectival fictional stories I can think of. From start to finish, everything gets recontextualized and expanded upon. No one is shown as truly 100% evil, rather everything has a reason for why it happens.

In a nutshell, AOT shows how vicious geopolitics can be. There are no inherent "bad guys" only competing survival agendas with very complex relations between different groups of people.
