I found this video of this guy who has approached over 2000 women living in Germany during the day and gives his thoughts

I really like his philosophy which is based on just being himself and following simple social conventions instead of super long overly complicated structures which daygamers love to do. Always found those silly af. I would understand a detailed structure on nightgame which is a highly artificial environment with a lot of noise but a quiet day scenario is as natural as it gets.

Also he says he gets pretty good results.

Regardless his philosophy is great.

It depends on your level of competency and awareness when you use this technique. Someone who is a bum who sits around all day may think it is fine for him to eat pizza and chicken wings while watching football with his loved ones. He thinks this is being himself.

Another person might think he does not deserve to be with pretty or high quality girls and hence he always hesitate when he's talking with 9s and 10s. So just being himself isn't going to help.
