How to produce Non-Dual (Pure Empty Love) states of being at will

Neccesary:

1. Learn siddhasana pose. 

2. Learn anus lock (bandha), practice it in meditation until 'automatically' you can hold this lock withouth effort. 

3. Do some form or yoga or stretching that enables you to have your back straight with no pain or discomfort.

Once you have this three mastered, go sit in the floor and do the following:

1. Sit in siddhasana pose (eyes closed)

2. Rest your hands on your knees, facing upwards (Relieve all tension onto the arms, and hands. They should be totally relaxed and let go.)

3. Make sure your back is totally straight and you are comfortable at the same time.

4. Now, Produce a very very light and subtle tension from the lower back so you execute anus lock (the bandha), and while you are doing this focus on the awareness of the tension or 'channel of awareness' that goes from the lower back up to the spine.

5. Once you are perceiving this energetic channel going upwards, focus your attention on the third eye/the space between the eyebrows, and bring it up even higher, your eyes are closed, but it should feel like your eyes are trying to go 'upwards' or trying to look into the sky. 

6. Completely die-make maximum intensity of awareness on to the eyes and upwards. Make that all the awareness-energy channel goes through it, make it end there. Stay there, totally intense and devoted, meanwhile body should be at ease (you should not be tense physically).

 

Stay in this state and totally let go, but no hunky dory let go, intensely focus on the asana/pose completely and devotionally, if you do this right, it should come to a point where there is no more individual experience. Stay there and enjoy the fireworks, watching Reality doing 'its thing' while you are gone, is definetely something else.
