Sublimation of libido

Why does he use the word sublimation? English is not my first language:

He is basically talking about sexual transmutation and from my exp it is definitely true. 

If you are a dead beat horse you are not going to do much. But if you save and savor your libido you really become like a mustang horse with all of its frustration, anger , and will to attack (penetrate) your problems. 

I feel like this video explains the core of what sexual transmutation is for dummies. There are a lot of dummies on this forum who still don’t understand this spiritual tech. Definitely worth the watch if you are curious about the topic. It is only 6-7 minutes.
