Intuitive eating: snack after workout?

I do intermediate fasting so I don't eat in a certain time period.

Lately I've been boxing and it is very intensive. I sweat a lot and burn a lot of calories in those 2 hours with almost no rest.

Every time after the workout I get intense craving for (healthy) fatty food but I don't answer this call although I'm an intuitive eater and I crave only healthy foods. Instead I eat some fruit and dark chocolate.

These cravings are really intense so that is why I decided to open this thread. Should I just ignore my body's call for for example fatty food like salmon with some vegetables although I already had enough of protein for that day?

Preferable I would just drink water and eat nothing but that feels so wrong as an intuitive eater.
