Athletic greens (AG1)

3 posts in this topic

With god knows how many vitamins, minerals etc athletic greens sounds like one of the most complete supplements on the market (at a hefty price I may add). Yet research seems to indicate that most supplements do little to nothing for people.

Anybody have long term 1+ years experience with the product? Have you noticed improvements in health improvements?

I liked this review.

Though I haven't tried it.

And I will not, because of this review :D

I will instead buy this: https://youngevityproducts.co.uk/collections/all-products-1/products/beyond-tangy-tangerine?variant=386864066

It includes essential trace minerals, vitamin D, choline, and actually lists the quantities of what it contains.

It's really strange for a multivitamin to not list quantities of everything.

I think the ingredient list of AG1 is based on what's trendy and customers would respond to, more than it's a well thought-out formula.
