Need AI recommendations

I want to reprogram my mind to be more social and so I want to use AI to create a lot of pictures of me surrounded by a lot of people. I would use the pictures like affirmations. So I am looking for an AI software that works with pictures that I feed it with and which creates the most realistic looking pictures. Any recommendations?

I also thought about AI voices. I would put my voice in there and then ask it to give me comedy or something with my voice.
