Leo, do you still meditate everyday?

I was just curious if you are still sticking to the 1hr per day meditation practice that I've heard you speak about years ago, and if not, how it changed over the years since then.

No he don't, he don't follow any particular strict schedule now. Who told me? My 7th sense

No, at this point I just follow my feelings. I do as I feel rather than following any kind of mechanical rules.

With that said, today I meditated for about 3 hours. Because that's what felt right.
