But forreal tho, with regards to burning both ends I feel like the "internal end" needs to be burnt the most. There were other instances in my life were I focused on the internal that all the external associated with it literally vanished. But, for some fucking reason this external issue is the hardest, thus far, to erase. I always love the Top-down approach and loved sensing how everything in the bottom just resolve themselves.

Also about that psychedelic, I've done a 100ug, and had been planning my 2nd trip, jumping straight to 240ug(hopefully for ego death). Now idk if thats advisable but I don't see any immediate harm from that.
