how to find people to answer a survey?

i took a course with eben pagan and he says that the best way to know what your coustomer want and the best way to market to them is to talk with them.

my product is a treatment to help people with adhd to concentrate, i am intrested in adult students. most of the adhd communities prevents me from talking to people about it. are there other ways to reach out to people?
