Are Your Eyes Fully Awake Or Are They Sleepy?

Are your eyes open? Are your eyes functioning to their maximum potential? 

In REM sleep, we move our eyes, and thats where the magic happens. The best dreams, but cant have those if your eyes are strained, tired and dry.

Be kind and gentle to your eyes and look at them in the mirror.

Are your eyes wide awake and joyful? Do you smile?

And not just eyes, I find that whenever I am stressed out or scared/tensed, I get less sleep and the dreams are scary, scattered and blurred like mysterious and creepy and I wake up in sweat. So having a positive state of mind before going to bed helps.
