5meo dmt dose increase

So I finally got some 5meo dmt. I know how powerful this substance can be so I am starting to work my way up very slowly. 
I did around 20 combined trips of magic truffles and lsd before.

I did like 2mg, then 5mg, today I did around 7mg of 5meo dmt. I need a more accurate mg scale to really know.
Nothing really happened the first time except a slight psychedelic feeling and some really clear thoughts. 
Second time a bit of fear and clear thoughts. 
The third time I had a decent amount of fear (still bearable for sure), a bit of nausea and almost felt like I was floating in space at some point and lost my fear. I didn’t break through to anything though. Also I had even more very clear thoughts about myself. 
 

Should I replicate the third dose until I feel comfortable with that dose or should I go higher to break through? 

Have you lost your fear on 5meo when you broke through or was it more about getting used to the substance?

@Jannes 7 mg is sweet Spot for me. The fear is still manageable. Over that it gets hairy
