For those with a generalist life purpose

1 post in this topic

I suppose I mean generalist in the sense that your life purpose integrates a diverse set of fields and can be flexible in which ones it includes. Although it being a life purpose, the diverse knowledge is used to achieve a singular purpose.

I'm wondering what experience y'all have had with a generalist life purpose like this. Especially in a world that seems to reward specialists who dedicate themselves to one particular and defined field of study. Like business management, psychology, or environmental chemistry for example.
