Bent fingers...

Anyone have any exercises on how to solve the issue of always having bent fingers? 

I find it hard to do push-ups/yoga stretches with my fingers straight on the floor. I am not sure what caused the issue but I am guessing from years of playing computer games as made my fingers go into this default position
