Sleep Paralysis Experiences

Sleep paralysis is part of the body's safety mechanism.  Muscles are paralyzed during sleep to stop us sleep-walking and possibly hurt ourselves.  My dogs also experience sleep paralysis often during their dogmares.

Omg these episodes are so frightening

  1. Only ONE path is true. Rest is noise.
