Windows to the present moment

There are various Avenues to be in the present moment, a couple of them pop to me right now :

  • Awareness of breath
  • Awareness of sensations through 5 senses - sound, vision, touch, smell and taste, being mindful over these senses individually is also a strong way to be in the present moment.
  • Awareness of thoughts - easy to slip into the thought dimension, but being a simple watcher of the thoughts brings me to the present moment.
