Dont go for the meaning of this chant, coz meaning is nothing.. if the meaning of the chant would be " UR A FOOL AND EVERYONE IS FOOL"

Chant has a meaning !

Music can help you to become still. And, moreover, when a certain word or a mantra Is repeated constantly, you become hypnotized by it. That’s the secret of all hypnosis, you will feel a kind of stillness which is not true. If you repeat a certain mantra again and again, you will feel bored. Boredom also brings sleep. 

A mantra has to be chanted and then dropped. A mantra is complete only when you can drop it. Do not cling to it!
