Stage green integrating stage orange.

How does a deeply green individual who hasn't properly integrated stage orange values go back and learn the healthy useful values of stage orange. I'm able to no longer demonize orange but have shut myself off from orange values due to past demonizing. Im noticing how my judgement of lower stages is rather toxic and completely counterproductive to what I really want. It is clearly restricting and keeping me stuck.

Also interested to hear from anyone who has found themselves deeply in green and counterproductively shut themselves off from other lower stages.?✌
