In the West what organizations do you recommend to check out to raise Kundalini?

There's many types of yogas and organizations and I'm in the process of investigating them all out but curious what are your thoughts thank you :).

I met my meditation teacher through the Heartfulness tradition. It’s rather popular in the U.S. at least, probably Canada as well. The whole idea of the practice is to meditate on the heart chakra with the meditation facilitator giving transmission from the gurus of the tradition. It coincided with some big shifts for me in relation to kundalini/chakras and overall spiritual development. Some of their materials have been the most detailed descriptions of how chakras relate directly to Liberation I’ve found. My meditation teacher is the most knowledgeable and experienced person I was able to find in my area. I live in a small town of 40,000 people, so it was nice to have such a resource and tradition so accessible.

“Any kind of consciousness whatever, whether past, future, or present, internal or external, gross or subtle, inferior or superior, far or near — a disciple of mine sees all consciousness as it actually is with proper wisdom thus: ‘This is not mine, this I am not, this is not my self.’” - the Tathāgata
