Hey guys,

I made this new account as I am becoming more serious about life in general. This is a new start for me. expect great content and effort from me. I will be helping you guys understand and deal with mental illness as I have personal experience with such things. From depression to generalized anxiety to OCD and social anxiety. I have dealt for many years with these conditions and I know exactly how to handle them.
