looking for relatively cheap courses, 300 dollars max. There are some cheap courses on Skillshare and Udemy, are they any good? what do you recommend

It depends on your goal. What are you planning to learn? By the way, internet is already full of free contents. For example, Youtube. Do you know Library Genesis? It has all sorts of both old and up to date books. It is all free if we assume you don't complain about traditional academic learning.
