Paranoid of sitting down

At my high school we sit down in every lecture and I'm thinking that it will cause me health problems later on even if you search up the effects of sitting down for too long there's increased heart attack and much more. At home, I have a standing desk and I'm fairly active.

Just worried that I will get health problems later on in life from sitting down too much any advice would be appreciated :)

I think your paranoia in this case is a bigger problem to your health than having to sit down in class.

 If you have a healthy diet, and you live an active lifestyle already there’s nothing to worry about. Just make sure you have a good sitting posture and don’t slouch. Focus your excess energy on the content of lectures.
