Negative mother complex notes

Taking a few notes from Loba Annie journal. I also suffer from a negative mother complex. 

At present  I'm only physically with my mother but emotionally I'm estranged from her. 

I'm looking forward to healing my connection with her at least a few years before her death. 

She has diabetes and she doesn't keep well most of the time.. She also takes bipolar medication and suffers from insomnia.
