Bias handling?

Recently, I have been starting to notice my biases.

 

I was outside with a group and there was a charming Italian women that caught my eye 

 

However, I think she was not into me and I was bothered by that.

But after watching Leo's video, I looked within the bias and asked myself

"Why do I give a fuck?"

I genuinely don't know and that's exciting.
