I've found it to be experientially accurate, yes. Power vs Force is a really fascinating book if you haven't read it. Supposedly the entire framework has been calibrated through Kinesiology, which is a radical and contentious notion to say the least. It's a rabbit hole of an idea, once you opt into it, it has some pretty wild implications.
