Improvements will focus on many aspects 

 

Problem solving and problem removal for smooth flow 

General growth and small improvements

How close are you to your idyllic life? 

Are you achieving results? 

Major as well as minor improvements

I'll note down even smaller improvements that I make.. 

 

I'm thinking about what the final goal is

 

I think the final goal is this.

 

Good healthy environment 

Good healthy lifestyle 

Good healthy life overall

Healthy mind 

Healthy heart both externally and internally 

Healthy body overall

Healthy soul/spirit 

Healthy attitude /mindset/mentality 

Healthy psychology and psyche 

Healthy food and resources and sources 

Healthy habits both daily and long term

Today I did some craft work. 

Neatly decorated an item.
