My theory and insights of the explanation of ghost

     Ever since I was little and up until now I've always been fascinated with the paranormal such as ghost and aliens. Before my awakening I grew up as a catholic because my family are fundamentalist catholics, i strongly believed in ghost.

     The main idea behind ghost in modern civilized culture is the idea that when you die you either go to heaven, hell, or purgatory. Purgatory means that you're stuck here on Earth, as a ghost you still maintain you're ego identity.

     Ghost are depicted as holographic "physical" bodies that can do each of the following which include walking through walls, flying or walking on physical surfaces; ghost can stand on solid physical surfaces without neccesarily falling through the floor.

     So my insight is that sense reality is hallucination or another words a "hologram" technically everyone else is a hallucination a "hologram" including you're physical body which in the absolute sense means we are all ghost, you're body is not real and essentially a holographic hallucination and so is everyone else.

     The idea is that you were never alive to begin with, much like a ghost. A ghost is technically dead but it seems like it's also alive at the same time much like here in this reality. 

     As for walking through walls and flying you cant do it in this "physical" reality because there are rules, laws and limitations such as the laws of physics, because why in certain cases can a ghost just walk on a solid ground without falling through it? because there are limitations.

     The same principle applies here on Earth, you cant just fly or walk through walls because that is what is being hallucinated. But when you have experiences with obes and astral projection you can in certain cases fly or walk through walls because different realms have certain limitations and laws. Astral projection is no different than here, its just another hallucination like this hallucination were in. It's just consciousness imagining a different realm with your same astral "physical" body.

    The same principle applies here, your physical body here on Earth is also a astral body because it was never physical or real to begin with, and everyone else is the same, they are all ghost, hologram hallucinations of yourself. That's it I'd thought I'd share my insights on that lol.

@Droo_  Yeah. I recommend watching YouTube videos on it and doing your research, but I'll share my tips and insights on what I do to achieve it. First I want to clear up the misconceptions regarding astral projection and obes.

     People who are materialist or atheist minded often have these pre conceived notions that astral projection and obes are just neural activity in the brain that cause this.

     This in of itself is just bonkers. These materialist obviously haven't had any direct lucid experiences what so ever with astral projection. Astral projection is definitely a real phenomenon and not just some mechanical system inside of a brain. The cia even made documents in regards to it, they go on to talk about how consciousness can transcend the brain and body and enter other realms through achieving obes/astral projection. Just wanted to make that clear to anyone that's skeptical about it. 

     As how to do it... the best technique is to go to bed and set your alarm at least four hours later. When your alarm goes off stay up for around 20 minutes then go back to bed. You will then enter in the cycle of rem sleep. When you're in rem sleep you have a greater chance at achieving out of body states.

     Astral projection and obes can cause you to have genuine enlightenment experiences, they pretty much relate to psychedelic trips from what I heard from people who've done dmt.
