9.15, 20th October England.

So, here it all begins, the path to try to attain amazing grades, enlightenment, freedom, peace, tranquility, and to truly alter the world for the better, by the time of my inevitable death. 

Firstly It's time for changes to the habits that I have created. I'm going to meditate a lot, eliminate games, and meaningless youtube and internet browsing and clean up my diet, as well as read some self-help books daily. But, so far none have bee created so, I'm going to start on creating a solid meditation habit, work/studying habit, and eliminate watching youtube, or reduce my time significantly, day by day. Even though Homeostatsis will be felt I must remain strong willed and focused to allow the purifying fire of reality to shape me into what I will become...

10 Pm 11 minutes 21st October, England.

( Started 20th October) Habits streak:  

meditation 1, 15 mins, studied 1 (2 hours). Spent 3 Hours surfing the web. Decided to choose a healthy alternative for lunch instead, of dessert, a pear.

Now lets, build momentum today I shall be pushing up meditation slowly to 20 mins. However, as I have allowed myself to have this day of to rest no more work shall be done for today, unfortunately.

Habits streak

Meditation was what I forgot to do. on the 21st October, spend 2 hours surfing the web and I ate some Daal (Lentils) with flatbread.  22nd October, I heard about games meditation, so I attempted to do that for a few hours, the source was given to me by another actualising person, and it was about how a boy would meditate, but also play game, and he was asking whether it was ok to an enlightened person? And  Mooji replied it was absolutely fine. So, On the 22nd October I did game meditation, however I didn't see it working very much. However, I also  watched some  more videos of Mooji, and started reading a  self help books, accompanied by some  Youtube videos, for plain stimulation and enjoyment. 

 

Now, I'm continuing to attempt to try and build my meditation habit, but starting again from the beginning, as well as watching some videos created by Mooji. But, I will be experimenting with the meditation habit, as my ego prefers to play the games and meditate I will attempt to do it once more, simply to experience stimulation once again, but to also determine whether or not it will work for me. If it doesn't I will return to simple hard determination sitting meditation. Furthermore, I shall also be watching the new video released by Leo this morning. I will inform you of my achievements tomorrow my friends.

Habit streak

Completed the majority of my tasks like watching videos and cleaning up my room etc, but once again I spent too much time playing games, and I forgot to meditate. Spent only 1 hour and 30 minutes surfing the web.  On the 23rd October.  

Today, I plan to study(3 hours) and meditate (45 mins), as well as read a self help book,(1-2hours) and organise my room(1 hour-1.30) which is very messy, and play some games, for (2 hours max).

Habit streak

Once, again I ran out of time to meditate, as I finished playing games at 11pm. It's seems like I'm far to emotionally attached to playing games. But I managed to do everything else, besides study. 

So, since I am having these issues I am going to start up building momentum slowly and using resistance breaking techniques in order to prevent myself doing things, that my higher self doesn't approve of. So, for every 1 hour of games played I will do 30 mins of hard determination sitting to truly understand why I act the way I act and hopefully emotionally detach from playing games.

 Did Meditation.(first day)

Today I plan to study for 2 hours and then up it day by day by 5 minutes, as well as meditation for (40 mins). And reading a self help book (1 hour), along with some exercise for (1 hour).

Meditation twice done, as well, as reading a self help book.  However, I didn't study once again. 

Objectives to meet by the end of today 

Today, I plan to study for 2 hours, push my meditation time up to 35 mins, and read a self help book for 1-2 hours, as well as organising my files, doing my h/w and some exercise.  As well, as renewing this journal.

Third day doing meditation, studied, second time reading self help book, as well as organised my files, however missed exercise.

Today, I plan to do my home work, and push up my meditation habit to 40 mins, as well as  reading a self help book for 1 hour and organise my files with the rest of my time.
