Getting into music production, any advice?

Going for being an electronic artist, Have been working hard on it for about 4 months

My plan is to put in my 10,000 hours into developing my technical skill then after i have a solid foundation of skill begin to contemplate what the highest version of my artist project should be, any thoughts?
