Practice.

Trying is always enough even if you fail. There will be moments where you will see yourself moralizing and there will be nothing you can do about it. It's almos a transpersonal experience, watching yourself doing a mess like a narrator in an animal planet scene. But even those moments of consciousness means you are making progress.

See it this way. There's an hermetic principle called polarity. That means something, like temperature, is, let's say, 0 to 100. You can also be - 0 about something like moralizing. Everytime you try to see things diferently or react diferently to something you always advance, maybe 10 in our imaginary scale. In reality, because we fail to have the effect we wanted it's easy to feel like you are hopeless. Then you give up, stop trying, and then the anterior programing (moralizing) push you back eating your progress away.

You can also see it this way: To become good at something first you have to be bad. So being bad it's part of the journey of being good.

Look for the pain / shadow underneath your moralizing.

For instance, if you find yourself moralizing against rich people, ask yourself why? What is it about rich people that really bothers me?

If you're honest, you'll find pain and / or beliefs around rich people that are causing you to moralize.

All moralizing is just your shadow.
