Am I the doer? Or God orchestrating everything for me?

Am I responsible for my chronic illness and suffering or its just the gods way of letting me to come home. In other words is it all just fate?

Some say there is free will, some say there isn’t. Even at the level of transcendence this is still a discussion. In the end, you choose what you like to believe. What’s important is that you exist. Figure it out for yourself.
