What is loneliness in regard to ego?

What is loneliness in regard to the Divine?

What is fear of loneliness as distinct from loneliness itself?

Is it rational or irrational?

As a society we seem to be very aware that loneliness is harmful, yet we seem to be completely unaware that fear of loneliness might be just as harmful.

Is the cure for loneliness the same as the cure for the fear of loneliness? (i.e we cure loneliness by surrounding ourself with others. How do we cure the fear?)
