30 Day Cleanse (Leo read this please)

I am posting this here and not health & fitness for 2 reasons. 

1) I want to make sure @Leo Gura see's this, I feel this could really help your thyroid issues, I know you're probably sick of people telling you this, but this author has a book dedicated to Thyroid healing, and I highly recommend it if you haven't read it. Also, 99% of us are unhealthy to some degree due to society we live in, our diet or our lifestyle, even those of us who consciously take care of our health, these books have helped me realize this even more so. 

2) This is about the Medical Medium 30 Day Cleanse, his story very much has a spiritual element to it, I will link it here, and allow you to judge for yourselves.

I'm sure some of you will think it is complete BS and Woo-Woo, and some of you it will hopefully help with your symptoms. 

You don't need to be chronically ill or have issues to take part in this cleanse, the majority of us have symptoms (even headaches, allergies, fatigue, anxiety, depression etc ALL fall under this) and this cleanse can really help tackle them, I personally will be taking this much further than the 30 days and doing until the end of the year, but if I keep feeling this good, I imagine it will be forever lol.

So this is the cleanse-

16-32oz of Lemon Juice upon waking up 

16oz of Celery Juice EVERY Morning on an empty stomach - DO NOT consume ANYTHING with the Celery at all, and NOTHING for 15-30 minutes prior or after consuming the Celery juice. - How to make it - https://www.medicalmedium.com/medical-medium-celery-juice-movement.htm  

Celery Juice is regarded as medicine and is NOT calorie replacement! 

Then enjoy a 'Fat Free' breakfast- Fruit, Fruit Smoothie or The Heavy Metal detox smoothie linked here- https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/heavy-metal-detox-smoothie

Avoid 'Radical Fats' until at least 12PM - Including Milk, cheese, butter, eggs (he says these are the WORST possible food you can eat as they feed viruses and bacteria), oil, Peanut Butter ( :( ) & more. - https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/do-you-have-a-fatty-liver

Stay hydrated all day long - pretty obvious what to do here. 

Avoid Problematic foods ALL day for the 30 days 

Problematic foods list - Eggs, All Dairy Products, Gluten, Corn, Soy, Pork Products, Nutritional Yeast, Canola Oil &Other refined oils, Natural Flavors, Vinegar & fermented foods.

So, I challenge anyone who wants to improve their health to up their game, whether you're Vegan, Keto, Paleo, Juicing Diet, whatever, we all probably have been consuming some form of the problem foods& have 1/2 symptoms.

Interesting read, thanks for sharing. Might actually give this a try. I'm curious, though, what's the take on (processed) sugar here, since this isn't mentioned? I supposed you should simply avoid it too, like the foods on the problematic foods list?

Sugar from fruit is more than fine though of course :)
