Hello my lovely actualized.org family ,hope everyone is in peace within :) 

I was wondering if I can hear from you people what healthy snacks you people eat :)

  • Banana
  • hard boiled egg with celery salt
  • cauliflower or broccoli with a dip sauce
  • and ofcourse the unavoidable chocolate flavoured proteine shake

I avoid fast carbs and sugars as much as possible. I do have a habit of chewing (sugar free) gum.

@jes Raw nuts - walnuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts

           Raw seeds - pumpkin, sunflower

           Raw fruit/ berries - apple, pear, grapefruit, plum, peach, mango, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, banana (put berries and cut-up            fruit in container)

           Raw veggies - celery, carrot, baby spinach, avocado

Sometimes I'd make my own trail mix with different nuts, raisins, dry cranberries, coconut shaves, dry fruit pieces, etc. Also, bake kale chips, they're yummy too c(:
