Why and how is God?

So God always is and was pure Perfection, infinite intelligence and absoluteness.

But why and how can existence and God actually be and not not be?? Can this question be actually answered or discovered?  There is no one there to even answer it, except that it always is. But what about the Buddhism Nirvana and the entering into non-existence and thus a definite stop of being?
