best books on epistemology?

The Book of not knowing by Peter Ralston.

It might be hard for you to really get what he's saying, but if you would spend a Week only reading that book, sleeping and eating.

You would get a lot out of it.

I'm nowhere near to having even purchased, let alone read all of the books under Leo's Epistemology section within his list. But, it seems to me that most of them are Metaphysical and not Epistemological (4 including Not Knowing) . . .  so if anyone has anymore to suggest, please do
