Biohacking and Productivity Hacks

Hey guys, 

I know a lot of you are very busy people so I thought this video might help you with Biohacking your body and learning different ways to improve your health. 

One of the simplest ones is combining L-Theanine with Coffe to 1) Help reduce damage coffee does to your hormones and prevent sleep issues from caffeeine 2) Increase concentration and focus from the coffee instead of shaking etc

It's a bit of a rabbit hole, another simple one is cold showers every morning, that will wake you the fuck up but takes a lot of self discipline every morning, especially when it's winter! 

Let me know any of your productivity hacks etc, always looking to learn and optimize my professional life and health/ nutrition.
