Dark room DMT release

Hey,
Has anyone tried spending 10 days in a dark quiet room in order to achieve higher state of consciousness?
Regarding to this video:
 

Your body should be able to release dmt in under a week.
I'm considering trying it.
Let me know your thoughts.
