Animals teach true love.  They love us unconditionally and don't judge us.

They love us for who we are.

Klis  has 2 components

1 Positive anticipatory visualization - anticipation of positive events and work on self esteem

2.  Building up of positive distraction and cutting off toxic situations and replacement with positive experiences stacked one on another.  Combined with extreme resistance to negativity.

Simple people don't have value in this world

The greatest message is that life is all about Christianity

I made a prayer

There are a lot of demonic forces operating in this world.  The satan seems to be winning because there is tremendous lack of love between people that's why the demon is  winning.

Reality is not true, it's not the truth.  Idealism is the truth.  The satan wants you to believe that idealism is not possible because that's his agenda, he wants to distract or steer you away from the

Real Christian does not mean conversion in the sense of baptism but conversion of the heart.  When there is real conversion of the heart,  we begin to have real empathy for each other and real understanding of each other's pain and harmony, meaning everyone thinking the same way, the good way.  One consciousness.  The opposite of one consciousness is discord, discord leads to divorce.  The satan not only sows discord but also takes advantage of it.  We become vulnerable to the demon when there is discord.

Reality which is based on fake values like status, money, power, politics, is created by Satan.  Take off the veil of reality and see idealism in which you see God.

How does reality have such a strong hold on us?

I think through 3 principle mechanisms

1 Rationalization

Example.   Killing someone because they belong to a particular race or religion and rationalizing it as nationalism.  You give it a sense of purpose, a sense of reason and justification and then commit sin in the name of justification.  One good example is of the dylan guy who wrote a whole manifesto on why he wanted to kill some people, he in his mind tried justifying or rationalizing his actions and giving them a sense of purpose and accomplishment.  That way it's easier to carry out that action even if the action is wrong or not ok.  The satan wants exactly that.  Because if someone had to kill without reason, people would be perplexed, and would come to the conclusion that this must be the work of demonic forces, that way the attention would be  shifted on satan, but the greatest trick that satan wants to play is to make people feel that it wasn't his working, that he doesn't exist, it's all a hoax,  in fact he doesn't even want people to believe that the killing has happened because that way it won't be controlled so he wants people to believe that it's all conspiracy, and even if people believed, he wants people to think that it's because of racism and racist people, but the truth is racism is a form of discord sowed by satan under the guise of reality and rationalization.

2 Normalization

Anything that is toxic, when it persists for a really long time gets normalized.

Example.  Today mass shootings have been normalized, its like nothing. Because we have learned to normalize it.

3 Acceptance

We have begun to accept reality as reality.  That's acceptance. Because we think we cannot change it.  We can change it if we have enough unity.  Just the way slavery was abolished.  But if we accept it as reality, we have given satan greater power.

There's too much evil in this world.

More than one can fathom

But if a strong human chain of love is created, then the demon will only keep trying but not be able to succeed. The most important thing is to keep the radar active and detect every time the Satan shows his intent through strife, discord and indifference and suffering.

The demon does not whisper through the ear of the flesh but through the ear of the mind.. It perverts and plants and sows bad ideas in the mind.

The demon attacks the weak, the fragile, the one without support or love,  the vulnerable, the abandoned, the forsaken.

But God's grace is high.  God accepts and restores those that are forsaken by people and society.. God rescues the hand of the abandoned.

Where hope dies, God brings light, where you feel persecuted and helpless God helps and

The soul only leaves when the time is true. But when the soul leaves early its because of the consequences of suffering the body endured as a result of demonic events. But God takes the soul when the body gives up. Restlessness is the abyss of the Satan. The satan wants the soul tortured and dead in restlessness through eternity. Don't allow the Satan to win.  Salvation is freedom from this restlessness and the laying in the abode of peace. This is God's abode. Seek this peace through a sinless life and through protection, grace and worship of the eternal holy spirit.

How to get protection. Through the power of Christ.  Through Brotherhood and love.  Through worship and prayer and seeking divine help.

Asking God once is not enough.  It should be asked many times. The more you ask, the more your heart is closer to the eternal spirit.  The eternal spirit is always ready to help you.

Hour of divine protection. Hdp

One hour devoted to seeking protection and peace.

There are stages or states in this

Infernal

Means a person who is diabolical in their ways and are consumed by the passion of the demon and using their ways to bring suffering. These are the objects of suffering and used as weapons.

Nascent

The general state in which the spirit and soul is born and untouched by God or demon.  The lack of such knowledge or experience.  The relative protection afforded by general physical and mental strength and family support leading to less deterioration and less likelihood of being attacked.  But some of them will still succumb to the demonic forces or will be used as agents to create the illusion of the world.  Such agents are nascent agents.

Nicent

The physically and mentally weak with a lack of support and child abuse or dysfunction. Illnesses, addictions, feeble mind,  low self esteem,  easily disheveled.

The ones who are vulnerable ones out of the acent population and they are weak and fragile and not yet christened or received grace.  Who are in greater need of it.  Have a greater likelihood of suffering as the demons knows they are weak.

Acent

Are the ones who aren't necessarily divine but the ones out of the nascent population who seek help and are worshippers and live in divine grace and protection from day to day.  These experience lesser attacks from demonic forces as their inner fortress is strong and not overwhelmed.  They are afforded protection through their bondage to the eternal spirit.

Divint

Divine workers who see through everything and easily understand the scope of suffering and carry on empathetic actions to benefit the sufferers.  These emanate a strange peaceful light and wisdom and are benedictive.

Poetic reference

Pray to the eternal spirit and it descended on your shoulders like a glistening dove and gave comfort as long as you had it.  The moment you ejected yourself from the prayer, the dove takes flight.

This period of time is the "gasp"

The process of starting it is "initiation of the gasp"

The process of ending it is "ending the gasp"

The sudden abrupt ending due to unforeseen conditions or abrupt interruption is "termination of the gasp"

There are 5  kinds of lives based on the above

1 divintic

Meaning the person would lead a life servicing sufferers and bring them closer to God and save lives. Great soul.

2 acentic life

Will live a sage life of a worshipper who will be graceful and live a heroic life battling problems or a peaceful life or a productive life helping people and family

3 nascentic

Ordinary life with or without much suffering and will follow the normal course of life without great impact in the world.

4  nicentic

A terrible premature downspiralling into distress and misery followed by untimely death as in consequential truncation.

5 Sinful

These are derived from infernal

A life of sin, exploitation, destruction and abuse of others, will spend in jail or outside but cause suffering to others directly indirectly through their actions. Change will only take place by repentance.

People by occupation can be categorized as scientists, lawyers, nurses, doctors, engineers, programmers, technicians, plumbers, carpenters, teachers, preachers, healers, psychologists, designers artists, entertainers, actors, models, sports persons, army members or military officers, police officers, investigators, politicians, managers, team leaders, writers, journalists, news readers, presenters, adventurers, explorers, veterinarians, spiritualists, chefs, repairmen, machine operators, waiters, drivers, assembly line workers, musicians, priests, etc.

Most of these are productive professions, some are beneficial for humanity on a deeper level like healers and doctors and inventers whereas others are merely for general entertainment and recreation.

Now there are others that are unproductive (not in a disparaging way)

Like gangsters, drug dealers, witches, sorcerers, criminals, mafia, hit men, rapists, smugglers, pimps, prostitutes, escorts, unemployed, mentally ill, homeless, living on fringes, sociopaths, drug addicts, disability receivers, contract workers, wanderers, gypsies, vagabonds, drifters, beggars

Both acentic and nascentic can be productive as well as unproductive in many ways. However acentic are less likely to be involved in criminal enterprise.

Nicentic are distinct in that they could be highly productive intelligent and motivated yet sudden demise of a career and loss of motivation observed..

Divintic are more motivated towards extremely beneficial or productive professions like helping people, charity work and healing like doctors, nurses, healers and preachers which can be very stressful.

The sinful ones derived from state of infernal are usually into not only unproductive professions but also harmful and since people with low moral values generally enter such professions, they take sin for granted, and therefore sinful activities are a routine for such professions, and sin is not discouraged, and eventually crime and sin becomes a part of such things. Scandals are a part of professions. Also such professions make huge sums of money in short periods of time because the demon pays you richly for doing his work. Harmful means criminal enterprise and unproductive means not necessarily criminal, but not very beneficial, meant for consumption and fast cash. These are illuminati.

You are not serving God through such professions.

You should always be attuned into the period of gasp in order to stay in a protective state.

Here I discussed two important concepts of "period of gasp" and " hour of divine protection "

Active prayer life is defined by these two concepts.

How to pray

Essential components of a prayer

Asking... Ask as much as you can.

Be sincere - be sincere in your requests

Expression - share your pain with God and express to him. Tell him everything the way you would tell a friend.

Worship and praise God.  This way you bring God closer to you, you invite God to you, the more you praise God, the more the demon is scared and walks away leaving the door open for God.

Qigong meditation

Qigong (Chi kung)

Origin & Meaning

Qigong (also spelled chi kung, or chi gung) is a Chinese word that means “life energy cultivation”, and is a body-mind exercise for health, meditation, and martial arts training. It typically involves slow body movement, inner focus, and regulated breathing. Traditionally it was practiced and taught in secrecy in the Chinese Buddhist, Taoist and Confucianist traditions. In the 20th century, Qigong movement has incorporated and popularized Daoist meditation, and “mainly employs concentrative exercises but also favors the circulation of energy in an inner-alchemical mode” (Kohn 2008a:120).

For a deep study on Qigong history, theory, and philosophy, I recommend The Root of Chinese Qigong.

Daoist practices may also employ Qigong, but since Qigong is also applied in other Chinese philosophies, I decided to treat it as a separate subject.

How to do it

There are thousands of different Qigong exercises cataloged, involving over 80 different types of breathing. Some are specific to martial arts (to energize and strengthen the body); others are for health (to nourish body functions or cure diseases); and others for meditation and spiritual cultivation. Qigong can be practiced in a static position (seated or standing), or through a dynamic set of movements – which is what you typically see in YouTube videos and on DVDs. The exercises that are done as a meditation, however, are normally done sitting down, and without movement.

To understand more about Qigong and learn how to do it, I’d recommend getting a book or DVD set from Dr. Yang Jwing Ming, such as this one. But here goes an introductory overview of the practice of seated Qigong meditation:

Sit in a comfortable position. Make sure your body is balanced and centered.

Relax your whole body – muscles, nerves, and internal organs

Regulate your breathing, making it deep, long, and soft.

Calm your mind

Place all your attention in the “lower dantien”, which is the center of gravity of the body, two inches below the navel. This will help accumulate and root the qi(vital energy). Where your mind and intention is, there will be your qi. So, by focusing on the dantien, you are gathering energy in this natural reservoir.

Feel the qi circulating freely through your body.

Other famous Qigong exercises are:

Small Circulation (also called “microcosmic circulation”)

Embryonic Breathing

Eight Pieces of Brocade (see this book excerpt  & Wikipedia article)

Muscle Tendon Changing (or “Yi Jin Jing”, taught by Bodhidharma)

The first two are seated meditation, while the latter two are dynamic Qigong, integrating body stretches.

Qigong Forum

Is it for me?

Qigong meditation may be more attractive to people that like to integrate a more active body and energy work into the practice. If seated meditation is unbearable for you, and you prefer something a bit more active, try some of the more dynamic forms of Qigong. Again, there are several styles of Qigong out there, and you may need to try with different teachers or DVDs to find the one that suits you.
Some people have a taste of dynamic Qigong through the practice of Tai Chi.

CHRISTIAN MEDITATION

In Eastern traditions (Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Daoism) meditation is usually practiced with the purpose of transcending the mind and attaining enlightenment. On the other hand, in the Christian tradition the goal of contemplative practices is, one may say, moral purification and deeper understanding of the Bible; or a closer intimacy with God/Christ, for the more mystic stream of the tradition.

Here are some forms of Christian contemplative practice:

contemplative prayer — which usually involves the silent repetition of sacred words or sentences, with focus and devotion

contemplative reading — or simply “contemplation”, which involves thinking deeply about the teachings and events in the Bible.

“sitting with God” — a silent meditation, usually preceded by contemplation or reading, in which we focus all our mind, heart and soul on the presence of God

Sometimes it feels so alone.  It's awful.  Life feels like an endless quest of trying to prove your importance, battling for your ground your worth in this world.  It's like a leaderboard and you have to constantly climb up to keep up because every second there is someone to replace you.  Nobody cares.  Your own family puts a price tag on you.  You are worthy of their appreciation only when you impress them.  Or else you are discard material. Pretty shallow world where people want to be with you based on your worth.

What does it take to impress someone?

It's so difficult to talk to someone who is constantly miserable.

They just create this atmosphere of negativity where you're constantly trying to make them happy or impress them and they don't give a fuck. Damn.  All they care about is themselves. How can someone only see themselves.

How can someone be so closed off and act like they don't care.

I woke up feeling alone and chilly and it felt cold like the Arctic and I felt like talking to her.  And she wouldn't respond.  It's like talking to a wall

Even he does the same thing.

Why do people take you so much for granted, like they expect you to shine like a firecracker all the time.

It wears me out living in a fake shallow world of people for whom power and status and satisfaction is the most important thing and people are only for satisfying your needs.

I'm a human, maybe my journey is not the most interesting but I have a life too. Everyone has a life at the end of the day.  You don't have to do something heroic everyday or achieve the impossible to prove your worth to your friends or family, I mean fuck that.

It's so cringey  that when you are down and sick, suddenly you don't carry much value anymore.
