Life is a dream video question

I've just been rewatching a few of Leo's earlier videos. I was wondering as in this video he states that it's possible to "wake up" now. Is he referring to waking up like you would in a lucid dream to this reality? Or is their something more jaw-dropping to wake up to. (Like when I actually wake up from my dream back to "reality" and experience something that would be considered jaw-dropping to a person who for example lived a 70-80 year life in a dream state only to come back to our reality) I could easily see how this is just a more vivid dream reality but struggling to really embody that as a belief and find it difficult to fathom ever experiencing this as a Truth in my current state. (Without psychedelics)

Would appreciate any thoughts on this.

Beyond jaw-dropping.

Awakening is not a belief and cannot be embodied through any kind of actions or mental manipulations.

The only way to understand awakening is to awaken. This requires a radical shift in consciousness.
