Healthy Spiritual Living

The Bigger Picture Vision

Hey family,

Let us not lose track of the bigger picture vision of why we started this jouney.

We didn't start this journey to become addicted to a substance (Hedonism) but to guide us to being able to produce our own internal joy.

If you can't resist a chocolate bar, why touch a more addictive substance?

I am becoming aware of a reliance on phycedelics and I want to showcase other spiritual methods which are avaliable.

Healthy Spiritual Practices

Breathwork/Shaman Breathing

Dark Rooms

-> Increase Natural DMT

Yoga (Raising Kundalini)

Cold Conditioning (Ice Baths)

Bramacharya (Transforming life-energy)

Meditation

Having struggled with various addictions to mind altering substances in the past, psychedelics are a big no-no for me. I simply do not have a track record of being able to use mind altering substances in moderation.

Like you say, there are lots of ways to self-actualise and get spiritually wealthy.

@Bill W I hope you been well bro, breathwork helps to cleanse those spiritual parasites and dispell them through the ears.

@Anton_Pierre Thanks friend. Must admit, I don't do much breathwork BUT slowing down my breathing and deepening it when I go to bed has helped my insomnia a lot. I need to look at other examples of breathwork though.

@Bill W Please see the guide I made, I learned it from a guy that has done breathwork for many years.
