Ayahuasca retreats thread

I read many posts about people’s experiences in ayahuasca retreats. I became very interested and I was thinking a thread with a list of different retreats and maybe a link to their website would be nice for people who are looking for different options but don’t know where/which one to go to. 

So if you have had a positive experience, please name the retreat name, the country, and maybe a brief review if possible!
