Enlightenment Techniques Different To Leo's

I am going on one day solo retreat in the field to meditate all day. So far I have Leo enlightenment strategy questions 'Who am I' ''Who is aware'' and so on. If you have any favourite techniques then I would loved to hear them. Thanks

Look up headless.org and do the experiments.  I've haven't been the same since.  Good companion books to follow up are The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer and A New Earth by Eckart Tolle.
