Sense of seperste self !

today this morning when Waking up I was surprised to feel sense of my seprate self nearby inside my mind and I can crealy see it m, then I looked over for awareness tgat was seeing it, yes I felt the awareness like It was poured all over my body and above it circling around was the separate self discussing something.... But as I started to get off my bed I started loosing that sense and that all disappeared and I cannot differentiate properly between these two. ?
