thank you leo and everyone who's helped me over the past year. i truly am grateful and i dont know what id do without listening, reading and conversating with you guys. i feel like im part of this community where we are all in this together trying to become our best version. thank you 

i just come to this forum and then feel inspired, leaving better than when id come to it. i read about everyone's progress and sticking points and seeing that it's all just part of this one big journey.
